We specialize in decade-themed outfits (50s-90s) and pop culture costumes from movies like A League of Their Own, Aladdin, and Nightmare on Elm Street. We also carry a terrifyingly good selection of animal/insect costumes and accessories to complete your look!
Who is your typical customer?
Our cauldron bubbles with Halloween enthusiasts, cosplayers, party-goers, and themed event attendees looking for unique, affordable costumes with fast global shipping. Whether you need an 80s neon outfit for a surprise party or an Alien costume for a convention, we’ve got you covered!
💀 Product Questions
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. Measure yourself carefully (no eyeballing it like a lazy zombie!) and compare to our measurements. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up – it’s easier to take in a costume than let it out when you’ve transformed into a werewolf!
Are your costumes good quality?
Absolutely! While we offer affordable prices, we don’t sacrifice quality. Our costumes are spell-crafted to withstand a night of haunting (or partying). That said, they’re not indestructible – so maybe avoid sword fights in your Pirate costume!
🧙 Payment Problems
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. Unfortunately, we don’t accept ancient gold coins or magical beans… yet!
My payment was declined! What now?
First, check with your bank – sometimes they block “suspicious” Halloween purchases (how rude!). Ensure your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file. Still having trouble? Email our friendly monsters at [email protected] for help.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How fast will my costume arrive?
We process orders in 1-2 business days. Then choose:
- Standard Spooky Speedy ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx
- Free Haunted Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 day delivery via EMS
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, except some remote areas where our delivery owls get lost (certain parts of Asia and extremely remote locations). If you’re unsure, start checkout – our system will alert you if we can’t deliver to your haunted mansion.
🧛 Returns & Exchanges
What if my costume doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
No transformations needed! You have 15 days after delivery to return unworn items in original packaging for a refund or exchange. Just email us at [email protected] to start the process. Note: You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
What if my costume arrives damaged?
Oh no! The shipping ghouls must have been too rough. Email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund – no need to return the damaged item (consider it a free zombie costume starter kit!).
